    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what we have done in areas like North Eastern Province is that we have allocated them about Kshs600 million. In the last financial year, we did six projects in six constituencies. We provided them with generators which cost about Kshs100 million each. We will do the same thing this financial year. We have also embarked on interconnections. For example, by next month, Moyale Town will be connected from Ethiopia."
