    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have completed a master plan for the whole country, whereby we have done a plan for all the public utilities. Currently, there are about 8,000 to 9,000 public facilities. Therefore, that will be done in the next allocation because some of the constituencies have already completed some of the public facilities. The money will go to those constituencies with many public facilities."
