    "content": " Hon. Speaker, matters before court of law may not necessarily be connected with the items that I have raised, and I have said as such. The same can be proved in the process of addressing this Petition. Indeed, there is an application in court related to CBC but it does not necessarily contain the prayers that are specified in this Petition. So, I believe very strongly that what I have placed before the House is not contained in the prayers that have been placed by other Kenyans in a court of law. So, the issues raised here can be competently adjudicated by the National Assembly. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
