    "content": "No. You see Hon. Otiende Amollo stood and raised the matter under Standing Order No.89. Before I can allow you to make comments, I need to make a proper determination. I want Hon. Sossion to get me the pleadings for case No. E371/2021. So, I need to go through the pleadings, look at the prayers and find out if they are similar or not to the ones in this Petition. As Hon. John Mbadi has just said, there is a possibility that if we refer this Petition as it is to the Committee, it will be calling public officers who might frustrate them. They may simply say they will not answer because it is the same thing the court is expecting and do not know by divulging what they have to say, whether it will affect the fair determination of the matter in court. Therefore, the Committee will remain in limbo not being able to make a qualitative determination on the prayers sought in this Petition."
