"content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to assure the people of Kirinyanga that they will see the presence of the Government tomorrow at the burial. In fact, if I get time, I might also attend the burial ceremony. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with regard to voter registration, I want to assure the hon. Member that the voter registration will go on smoothly as it is in any other area. There should be no cause for panicking at all. Currently, I have dispatched quite a number of security personnel and you will hear no problem from the ground. I would like to assure hon. Members that they should go about their businesses as usual and as if nothing happened. We will continue to arrest the suspects. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I support my colleagues that nobody is allowed to kill. Nobody is allowed to hire goons to kill anybody because they are not above the law."
