    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to thank the Departmental Committee on Finance and Planning and its Chairperson. This amendment serves a very clear purpose. I am aware that Hon. Jaldesa and a number of Members are keen to speak to the next Motion and so, I will try not to take too much time. I support this amendment because it truly serves the purpose of what legislation should ideally do; looking at the kind of problems and challenges that we face as a society. We should seek to provide legislative frameworks so that we do not leave decisions and actions to the whims of individuals. A trust can serve many purposes. It can include estate planning, tax planning and medical planning."
