    "content": "I just imagine that the window available would be the judicial process. It is only through a judicial process that one may pursue such. The Government may even come up with some proposal for compensating families or relatives of those who may have been killed but, perhaps, the quantum may not be sufficient until there is a judicial pronouncement on the same. I do not know whether the Ministry considers that. Perhaps the Ministry could think of it. Hon. Pukose, you want to say something on that?"
