    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. I have a different opinion. We have insurance for all officers who get injured in the line of duty. What if, we have in place an insurance cover paid for by the government so that in case a police officer injures a citizen or destroys properties of citizens then the aggrieved citizens are compensated. You are the third in command and you can only go to the second or the first. When you become one, please, assist us in making sure that we have an insurance cover for all those citizens who are maimed as a result of police brutality. Thank you very much Hon.
