    "content": "On the issue of compensation, which was raised by Hon. Omboko Milemba and Hon. Rasso that the Government said they cannot compensate, the Statement states that they have no funds. They did not say that they cannot compensate. They said that they have no funds to compensate. That means that there is no budget line for compensation. That is one of the things that I should also be picking up once we meet with that agency, especially when we are doing the supplementary budget. Now that it has been raised in the House, they should establish a budget line so that it exists and then we can see how to handle it when it comes to the House with the recommendations of the Committee.
