Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 12 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “subject to mandatory approvals” and substituting therefor the words “subject to mandatory approvals in accordance with regulations” The amendment is just a clean-up of spelling mistakes. The word “mandatory” is also amended to ensure that mandatory approval is done in accordance with the regulations under the Act."
