    "content": "Before I close, I would want to take this opportunity to thank the various members of the public who have dedicatedly, for a long time, been serving in all those tribunals. It is more of service to humanity. It is not because of the money. They have done a super job within tax, but also among the other 34 tribunals that are in place providing quasi-judicial services to the people. They are basically people who are quasi-volunteers . With those remarks, I beg to move and ask the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, Hon. Gladys Wanga, to second."
