"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. To continue from yesterday, my contribution was in respect of the Draft Constitution. The Draft Constitution, as has been presented, is for the people. It has taken a long hard struggle to come to where we are. It is the sovereignty of the people that is at stake. It is the right of the people that the Constitution draft be approved. It is there to improve the citizensâ quality of life."
