I forgot to mention that apart from ensuring they get passport renewal, Identification (ID) cards and Huduma Numbers, we should also allow Kenyans living abroad to access and be part of the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF). We should also allow them to be part of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) so that they can save money for old age."
