They are Kenyans and we know them by name but we do not want to name them here. They just go for one week or two months and acquire qualifications from unregistered universities. We need people who have gone to school like Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve who represents People with Disabilities (PwDs). We need such people who have read and “eaten” books."
