    "content": "We must see export of labour as an economic frontier that must be harnessed to the greatest level. That is why if you remember, in the previous Parliament, I sponsored a Bill, which is now an Act, that created the National Employment Authority (NEA). In the board of the NEA, I made sure that we have representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and the Ministry of Finance and National Treasury to ensure we scoop the opportunities because unemployment is a problem in our country. Many of the opportunities for the young people will be found outside the country."
