    "content": "My third point is about services available at the Kenyan Missions. It is well elaborated by Sen. Kang’ata that these missions must be able to devolve to other cities. I recently had an incident, when I was moving from the US to Canada a month ago. I was in New York but would have had to go to Washington DC to get a letter from the Kenyan Mission. However, it was sorted out."
