    "content": "Many Kenyans who are in different States – the US is vast - have to go all the way to Washington DC or New York to get consular services. That should not be the case. Article 82 (1) (e) of our Constitution talks of registration of Kenyans as voters wherever they might be. Those in diaspora should be allowed to vote in an efficient way that does not mean them travelling thousands of kilometers to get a Kenyan mission."
