I challenge counties and county governments to map out residents of their counties who are abroad, find out the countries they are in and use them as possible avenues of fundraising and bilateral support from organizations abroad. Yes, they are all Kenyans, but I think we all come from some corner. Even as you help your country, you also think about the county you come from and would be more than happy to develop it even as you reach out to helping neighbouring counties."
