    "content": "I also note that the Secretary to the Cabinet will also be appointed and approved by this House. So, the Executive will have no role of appointing a brother, a sister or somebody from that community. It will be exposed to the entire nation. The person appointed to that office should be competent and qualified to hold that office. It is indicated that the Cabinet Secretary should be appointed through the approval of the National Assembly. I recommend that gender consideration in the appointment to that office is very important. We could even start with a lady in that office so that we see how they will serve this country. That should start with the new Constitution. If I had a daughter, I would have asked her to compete with the other ladies in the nation for that position."
