    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, when I look at the Order Paper, I see Notice of Motion by Sen. Cherargei on the same subject. You had earlier ruled that we need to be efficient in the manner in which we do business and I am wondering whether we should pursue the same subject via a Statement and a Motion. Could you rule on the direction, or if Sen. Cherargei has withdrawn the Notice of Motion, so that we make a much more efficient use of the time of the House? It is not to belittle the Statement request; it is important. Senior officers have been charged over similar issues. Sen. Cherargei should choose one route rather than the two routes he has taken."
