    "content": "exist. We have projects that exist on paper. Governors come for sanitization but when you go on the ground, you are told that projects stalled two years ago. For example, the Governor’s Office in Nandi County has stalled since Financial Year 2017/2018. Members of the CPAIC and the Committee on Finance and Budget should be making visits so that when we discuss issues, they are things that we have seen. We should also be looking at the scope of works. I do not want to go to any other county. For example, we should know how much it will cost to build Chepterwai Sub County Hospital, the scope of works and how it will look like. That is how we will assist"
