"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, first, I thank all the Senators who have contributed to this Motion. I thank the Seconder who was Sen. Poghisio, Sen. Sakaja, Sen. Olekina, Sen. Farhiya, Sen. M. Kajwang', Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve, Sen. Halake, Sen. (Eng.) Hargura, Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki, Sen. Cherargei, Sen. (Dr.) Ali, Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., Sen. Were and Sen. Omogeni. I wish to disabuse the minds of the Senators that we never considered these regulations extensively because we spent a lot of time on these regulations.
