Now that I will not really have time to go to the body of the Statute or Bill, I am happy to say that looking at the kind of disasters that we tend to have--- There are natural, manmade or hybrid disasters, which willy-nilly are sometimes tough to eliminate. There is need all the time for proper planning for disaster management to reduce its impact on our lives as well as our properties."
