    "content": " I thank you, Hon. Speaker. At the outset I also want to support the Petition. I want to say that I have heard this outcry by the teachers. Our teachers are suffering. For us to be here, we have all passed through the hands of teachers and it is unfortunate that teachers are suffering. In my county, Taita Taveta County, there are teachers who are working in hardship areas and they do not even receive hardship allowance. Therefore, I want to support this Petition and say, enough consultation would have been done before this decision was made. So, I thank you, Hon. Speaker and I appreciate Hon. Milemba for coming up with this Petition. Thank you."
