Speaker, I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Physical Planning the following Question: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the ownership details of parcels of land occupied by Kilimani, Milimani and Kileleshwa primary schools in Nairobi City County? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary also provide the status of ownership of parcels of land occupied by Kilimani, Kileleshwa and Muthangari police stations in Nairobi City County? (iii)Could the Cabinet Secretary indicate when the Ministry plans to resolve land disputes on the parcels of land occupied by the said public institutions? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
