    "content": "Hon. Members, take your seats. We are now in the Committee of the whole House on the National Hospital Insurance Fund (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 21 of 2021). To the best of my knowledge, the Committee and many Members with amendments have tried as much as possible to harmonise their amendments. You need to be very keen because we will be moving pretty fast. It is a heavy Bill. With harmonisation of amendments done, I do not think there will be many Members who need to contribute. Two contributions per amendment will be reasonable."
