    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Chairman. The difference between my definition and what is being defined by the Chairperson is the term “persons living with disabilities”. We are doing this because I want to harmonise it with the terminology used in the Constitution. Hon. Sankok will agree with me that in the Constitution we have nobody defined as “person living with disability”. So, the difference is the word “living”. My definition refers to persons with disabilities (PWDs)."
