Chair, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (f) — (h) by deleting the definition of the term “contracting” and substituting therefor the following new definition— “contract” means a formal agreement with an empanelled health care provider for purposes of provision of services and “contracting” and “contracted” shall be construed accordingly in this Act; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
