Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, clause 5 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “relevant government agencies” appearing in the proposed new section 9 and substituting therefor the words “Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) ”. This is just in line with the Constitution because there is already the SRC which is the Government agency which is meant to deal with salaries. This is for purposes of cleaning up."
