    "content": "His amendment states that the affixing of the common seal shall be authenticated by the signatures of the Chairperson and the CEO and any document required by law to be made under the seal and all decisions of the Board may be authenticated by the signatures of the Chairperson and the CEO. That is exactly what is in the Bill. Part (2) of his amendment states that the Board shall, in the absence of the Chairperson or the CEO, nominate any other person, which is already provided for in the Bill."
