The Bill proposes that the authentication be done by the signature of the Chairperson, the CEO or any other persons authorised in that behalf by a resolution of the Board. There is a requirement for the resolution of the Board. Kimani Ichung’wah’s amendment states that the authentication should be done by the Chairperson and the CEO.
