    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, Kenyans have waited for this Constitution whose journey started a long time ago. Kenyans are fatigued to ensure that they get this Constitution. Let me take this early opportunity to thank the Members of the Parliamentary Select Committee who in their own wisdom, in the Naivasha Retreat, agreed and did Kenya proud. They gave hope that at long last the Constitution is in view."
