    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 15 and inserting the following new Clause 15− Amendment of section 20 of No. 9 of 1998 15. Section 20 of the principal Act is amended by inserting the words “by the youth” immediately after the words “voluntary contributions”. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, this amendment seeks to allow for a provision of voluntary contribution to be made by the youth so as to ensure that any youth who may not have a stable source of income, but wishes to make contributions to the Fund, is allowed to do so. On this one, I would like to move a further amendment saying, “...as per the Board”. The Board will make provisions on how the youth are going to make their contributions and the amounts they will contribute. We did not want to put any amount. We agreed with Hon. Ichung’wah to drop the other amendment he had on (f), so that we can take care of the youth at this point. I beg to move."
