Fortunately, he is not the one making that decision. Anyway, let me just put my thoughts to this that before the NHIF introduced biometrics, I am told the Fund was really struggling. In the last four months, the Fund has been making surpluses. That just demonstrates to you that without controls, we have been losing a lot of money to fraudsters. So, if we can centralise the system and computerise it, the better. This is a well thought out amendment. I support it."
