    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support the amendment by Hon. Wanga, who is also the incoming governor for Homa Bay County. It is a very good amendment considering that for a long time, the NHIF has experienced a lot of fraud. There was a time when people established non-existent hospitals and started charging.
