Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 21 of the Bill be amended− (a) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (a)− “(aa) by deleting the word “Minister” appearing in the opening sentence and substituting therefor the words “Cabinet Secretary”; (b) in paragraph (b) by deleting the words “under this Act”. The amendment is necessary to retain the words “under this Act” so as to ensure that contributions referred to in this section are only the contributions made under this Act. The amendment on Cabinet Secretary is just to clean up."
