The Second Schedule to the principal Act is amended− (a) in paragraph 2− (i) by deleting the word “Minister” appearing in sub-paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the words “Cabinet Secretary”; (ii) by deleting the word “Minister” appearing in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the words “Cabinet Secretary”; (b) in paragraph 3 by deleting the word “nine” appearing in sub-paragraph (4) and substituting therefor the word “five”."
