Again, according to Mwongozo Code of Conduct, there must be nine to 11 members. If the further amendment will bring the number to nine, then we will support it. But if the number will be 10, it will be against the Mwongozo Code of Conduct. In case of a tie in the vote, they will not make any decision. I have been told by Hon. John Mbadi, the Chairman of ODM, that the number will be nine. You know he is very intelligent."
