If we include the Kenya Health Professionals Oversight Authority, then, at least, you take care of a lot of the health providers that will be serving the Fund. However, in the original Clause 3A, there was the inclusion of the Director-General for Health or a representative. I have noticed that this has been left out. I really do not understand why we do this because eventually, this Fund pays for health services."
