    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. What happens in students’ elections is very much a replica of what happens in national elections. The Ministry has given guidelines that in primary and secondary schools, students engage in democratic processes. However, when they get to university, they find that the system is different. It does not conform to the current law. What happens in any process must conform to the Constitution and to good practice.
