Simply, it intends to give powers to the Board to determine the contributions to be made by contributors to the Fund. I want to point out that this amendment is necessary for clarity. The powers of the Board shall include determining the contributions to be made by contributors to the Fund, which is currently the case. The Board is exercising that power. So, we are just bringing practice into law. I beg to move for Second Reading."
