    "content": " Thank you, so much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I want to thank Hon. Mbadi for bringing this amendment. How I wish he had spoken to me, because I would have told him to add something more. Why do you want Kenyans to use NHIF when in Parliament we are using Jubilee Insurance and others? Let us ensure that all public servants, including Members of Parliament and everybody in Government services, are wholly and fully insured by the NHIF, if we are serious about this issue. You would have added an amendment that says that no public servant shall opt out and have their own private arrangements. Then, it will make sense to me. Thank you."
