    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, this is a good amendment. You know the NHIF being a social protection fund should not be subjected to the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) regulations. This will make its operations very difficult and yet, we have provided in the Act that it can be audited under the Audit Act, 2015. So, it should stick under the PFM Act, 2012. I think it is well covered to operate well. I support."
