    "content": "member, shall become vacant if the member— to No. 9 of (a) at any time resigns from office by notice in writing 1998. to the Cabinet Secretary; (b) has been absent from three consecutive meetings of the Board without the permission from the Chairperson; (c) is adjudged bankrupt or enters into a composition scheme or arrangement with creditors; (d) d of an offence involving dishonesty or fraud; (e) is convicted of a criminal offence and sentenced to imprisonment for a term exceeding six months or to a fine exceeding ten thousand shillings; or (f) is incapacitated by prolonged physical or mental illness."
