    "content": " Yes, of course, the Board carries the management and there is nothing that we have done with this Bill that touches on the management of the Fund. It is just the transition of the Board, because we changed it. It is important to protect the members of the Board who are currently serving. You will remember that if we do not create a transition mechanism, the people who are in the Board will have to go home upon commencement of the Act. So, this is just to create a smooth transition that by allowing the sitting members of the Board to continue serving for the remainder of their terms and then after that, the new Board will take effect.
