    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chair. I too rise to support this amendment. It is extremely important and I want to echo the sentiments of our Majority Whip that there must be continuity. We must have the historical background on issues and we cannot have an entire board being dissolved and simply sending people home. That way, it causes a lot of damage and we can use a lot of examples that we have had within our own country during the changes of administrations. I also want to say that this is an affordable healthcare for all people. It is a lasting legacy on Universal Health Care for the Uhuru administration."
