I am very fortunate to second the debate moved by the Leader of the Majority on this Bill while you are on the Chair. Of course, you know why I say so. As I second, I want to thank the Leader of the Majority Party for summarising the entire Bill. Our practise is that the Chair then gives the reflection or mirror of what happened or transpired during public participation. So that, the House can debate and make informed decisions as we address this, Bill. I would like to summarise and repeat very important things done in this Bill."
