    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, let me appreciate the very delayed action by the Ministry and hope that in future Kenyans, do not need to suffer because a Minister or a Permanent Secretary is not in the country. These girls have really suffered. If you have been watching television, I am sure there are very many other Kenyans who are suffering in Saudi Arabia. I do not know what the Minister is doing to make sure that they stop this menace where Kenyans are suffering in the hands of foreigners. We do not have to come to the House every other time when a Kenyan is detained out there. We know this is happening, more so, in the Middle East."
