    "content": "Congratulations. Mine never goes beyond nomination. I was mentioning that as a House - and I want my good neighbour from Nyamira to hear this. You know in the part of the country where we come from, there is this proposed PPP project that is supposed to take off from Rironi all the way to Mau Summit where we are hearing that a deal has been signed between the Kenya Government and the French Government whereby this expressway will be built and those of us who can afford will be allowed to use it. The rest of the hustlers and ordinary mortals will be stuck in traffic. We cannot allow such things to happen. That was not the intention of our PPP Bill."
