    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I support this Bill. I have gone through it and seen that it has some good things for us, as a country. First, it provides the legal framework that will guide this country and all the public-private partners, together with the people who will be doing that. Again, I support this Bill because it gives the opportunity for our country to do projects that will help us grow. By doing those big infrastructural projects that will help our country grow, that will in turn help us to employ many people."
